Manual dealer onboarding
Automotive Distribution
Enterprise Dealer Management System
Dealer lifecycle on one portal — onboarding, agreements, planning, inventory, compliance, and exit.
“From first document upload to FY plan — one governed dealer journey.”
The business context
How the engagement started, what was broken, and why a platform investment was required.
An automotive distribution network managed dealer onboarding, agreements, FY planning, and exits through paper and regional tools. Activation was slow, compliance inconsistent, and planning accuracy suffered.
We built a comprehensive Dealer Lifecycle Management web platform covering every stage from registration to resignation. Legal agreements, multi-level approvals, FY business planning, inventory allocation, and performance analytics run in a single enterprise portal.
Networks standardize dealer operations without paper binders or fragmented regional tools.
Discovery
Stakeholders across legal, regional management, and dealer principals agreed the north star was a single lifecycle portal: register → verify → approve → sign → activate → plan → renew → exit → archive.
What was holding the operation back
Dealer onboarding was slow, agreements were paper-based, and planning lived in disconnected spreadsheets — making compliance and network visibility nearly impossible.
Paper agreements and wet signatures
No structured approval workflow
Compliance gaps across regions
Poor inventory visibility
FY planning in spreadsheets
No network-wide performance view
Exit / resignation handled ad hoc
How Quantum Infoway delivered
A consulting-led build: discover, design operating model, ship vertical slices, harden for audit.
An enterprise DMS portal with document vaults, e-signature, approval chains, annual/monthly planning, inventory allocation, and KPI scorecards.
-
01
Onboarding and document vaults replaced physical KYC binders with versioned digital packs and expiry alerts.
-
02
Agreement templates and e-signature flows compressed legal cycles while preserving review comments and audit history.
-
03
Business planning modules support full financial year targets, monthly breakdowns, product mix, and inventory planning tied to dealer dashboards.
-
04
Compliance scorecards and network benchmarks give regional leaders a coaching rhythm instead of annual surprises.
Delivery story
We launched with onboarding and agreements to unlock activation speed, then layered planning and analytics. Exit and archive workflows closed the lifecycle so inactive dealers no longer polluted operational reports.
